affirming prayers coming to mine

 


I been thinking about how best to start my day

there are some affirming prayers coming to mine

expecting the light to shine my way

I close my eyes and wait on time

to introduce some fruit for birthing signs

into sky is my imaging kind

seeing birds circling in search for prey

at the altar I speak out to say

may the most high and I be one joyful Sun

radiating love from above to below

for me to believe and breathe free
