my day my month my sign

all on time yet as fine enjoying wine

building steps high in sky 

allowing the inward me to flow gently

capturing the waves swell rising under me

lifting up fierce at first yet calm along

ready steady holding pushing breath

looking up out into blue wonder

seeing light shining bright smiling me along journey
